Confidence is a 6 session programme that takes you from feeling fed up and frustrated with your body to feeling totally comfortable and confident moving your body and back to you again

This is for you if you’re experiencing any of these:

⁃ Long covid

⁃ Chronic condition

⁃ Chronic fatigue

⁃ Hormonal changes and/or notice your energy levels or moods fluctuate often

⁃ Menopause and you’re feeling exhausted 

⁃ Rehabilitating after period of physical or mental ill health

⁃ Pregnant or recently had a baby and feeling tentative about how to move your body 

⁃ Tire after spending time doing activities that involve moving your body 

And you want to:

⁃ Move your body more with way more ease and fluidity

⁃ Return your level of movement to similar or better than before

⁃ Be working with your body and comfortable in your body 

⁃ Feel like you again

⁃ Have confidence to get back to the gym or normal exercise

Confidence is a 6 session functional movement programme working with you at a holistic level.  This means using what you do day to day, how you do it and what’s going to be the best ways to get you to your goal using what you can access each day. 

Over the course of the programme together we’ll set you realistic goals and achievable outcomes. 

Most importantly I will work with you where you are each week - not how you were last week.

Functional movement is EVERYDAY LIFE.

It’s being able to functionally move in your daily living activities, such as:

⁃ Physically lifting the kids or grand kids

⁃ Picking the kids up from school and taxi-ing everyone around

⁃ Jobs around the house or garden

⁃ Walking

⁃ Swimming

⁃ Dog walking

⁃ Days out

⁃ Socialising  

Together we’ll work to get you to reach your goals with every day movement.

WhatsApp support between sessions.

The choice of how your session(s) run - 6 hours of movement/combination of movement and reflexology/additional reflexology session incorporated into your programme
