Hi, I’m Laura. I work with women (mostly, but not exclusively, in midlife) who are ready to reconnect with themselves — body, energy and everything in between. Whether you’re navigating hormonal shifts, emotional overwhelm or just feel a little lost, I’m here to make that change easier.
Together, we’ll create a plan that’s just for you — using tools like reflexology, movement, or practices that support your nervous system and energy. Every session helps you align with your body, balance your energy, and connect back to the real you.

I know how it feels when things are ‘not quite right’ in your body. You notice things feel different. Your energy dips. Your confidence feels shaky. You don’t feel like you. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Everything I offer is tailored around you.
I genuinely believe that ‘being well’ looks different for everyone. That’s why I love exploring practical REALISTIC ways to support your energy and wellbeing, and always keeping things accessible. I detest the wellness social media guilt that women have put upon them to be or look a certain way. There is no pressure from me to ‘invest in yourself’, though I do admit these words have come from me in the past, and possibly still linger on a page or two on here - if you find them let me know! Modern life has so many expectations and pressures to try to conform to, when we already know what we need to do, I’m not here to add to them.
I use Reflexology, Reiki, Massage, Functional Movement (based on pilates and yoga) and holistic practices to support your whole self, body, mind and energy, so you can start to feel more connected, more balanced, and more like yourself again. No nonsense. No 12 week must do plans. Realistic plans with realistic expectations.

More about me…
So that you know more about me I thought I would share a little bit about who I am and what brought me here. I live in Midlothian with Mr Vesta and my son, along with a lively crew of two dogs and two cats – you can imagine our home is full of energy (or that’s what I’m calling it!).
My ‘journey’ started in the NHS, where I spent two decades (hard to believe) working in Public Health and Paediatric Allied Health. It was rewarding, but I always felt a strong pull towards a more hands-on approach to wellbeing. That led me to train as a Pilates and Yoga teacher, and then, in 2024, I realised a long-held dream: becoming a Clinical Reflexologist! Because who doesn’t want to work with feet!
What truly lights me up? Supporting women to feel confident, self-assured, and fully connected.
