My Pilates classes are designed for those with some experience in Pilates or Yoga, ensuring you get the most out of each session. I also incorporate a touch of strength training using body weight and light hand/ankle weights, supporting muscle maintenance and promoting bone density as we age.

By participating in these sessions, you’ll prioritise your body’s mobility, longevity, and mental health—all while having fun and connecting with like-minded individuals.
