Pilates and Yoga are for all ages, stages and abilities. Each time we meet I will remind you to work your body in the way it needs you to that day - that doesn’t mean that I won’t try sneak in a little challenge!

Through controlled and precise movements, along with concentrated breath work you will develop strength in both body and mind.

I have a passion for high-energy Pilates that work your entire body; challenging your core whilst being accessible for all abilities. Through Pilates movements you will increase your core strength, flexibility and mobility. For mums-to-be and new mums I have enhanced training through Active IQ in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition - peace of mind knowing you’re in safe hands!

If a more chilled class is your vibe then Yoga may well be the one for you! Classes are relaxing yet energising, giving your body the opportunity to work whilst having the opportunity to reconnect your Mind and Body - A little dedicated time to improve your physical, emotional and spiritual health.

Come as you are, whether that be joggers, jumpers or even jammies, all I want is for you to be comfortable and at ease.
