Are you ready for YOUR new community?

Welcome to the Midlothian MenoPause meet-up—a supportive space for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, or hormonal imbalances. This is a community where you can share experiences, gain confidence in your body, and connect with others who understand what you're going through. To foster a welcoming atmosphere, I’m intentionally keeping the group size small, ensuring everyone feels comfortable sharing.

In our sessions, we’ll take some time to get to know each other (no icebreakers, I promise!). I encourage everyone to participate and share their stories. This group is all about support and exchanging strategies that help—or don’t help.

This month, we’ll focus on movement strategies to relieve aches, pains, and stiffness. You’ll leave with practical techniques to help alleviate your symptoms and enhance your well-being.

Please bring a mat if you have one. We’ll also provide refreshments, and a few biscuits to enjoy during the evening!
